An innovative indoor golf concept with FIVE years of proven history

The first Private Fairway opened in Springville, Utah in May of 2019 with the goal to provide the same technology the pros use to all golfers.  Since our first location Private Fairway has grown to 9 studios located in various neighborhood retail environments. Founded on private access and membership, Private Fairway quickly proved popular with golfers from 15-75 for practice and simulated golf play.  Private Fairway offers its members state-of-the art golf technology in a private and luxurious setting.  Private Fairway members cut 6-10 strokes from their handicaps.

The Private Fairway Origin Story

I created Private Fairway because I wanted to improve my golf game with the same technology the pros use.  Like most golfer's the dream was to build a golf studio in my home but I just didn't have space and couldn't justify the cost for just me.  I realized other golfers probably had the same problem so I built the first Private Fairway near my home.

I built it the way I wanted it.  A comfortable space with the best golf technology.  Just one bay so it would be private for me an my buddies. Limited membership so it wouldn't be hard to get times.  No employees to worry about and easy to operate with a full-time job.

Our first location was proved to be successful and we quickly expanded over the next two years to seven locations across Utah.  This expansion has helped us refine the concept, maximize the marketing strategy and perfect the experience.   Many people have expressed interest in the brand and the model so we decided to offer Private Fairway franchise opportunities.
